In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be re-opening our salon and spa with the following strict guidelines in order to protect the safety of our guest and staff. Keep in mind that these guidelines will be in effect during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic and may be adjusted as necessary. To ensure a safe environment for all our staff and guest prior to opening we will sanitize and fog the building with Shockwave. Throughout the workday we will sanitize between each guest and at the close of business. We thank you for understanding and complying with our strict guidelines to keep everyone safe.
Guests - What you should expect when arriving at the Salon:
Please stay in your car. Call the salon 317-882-8787 x 0 and/or call or text your stylist, nail tech, massage therapist, or esthetician to let us know you have arrived. Please be patient we will return your call if we do not answer.
Between each guest the staff will be required to sanitize their station, chair, and instruments used.
When staff member is ready she will call you to meet her at the front door.
*Limit what you carry into the salon with you. Women should carry a small purse only.
*Temperature checks - We will use a touchless infrared thermometer to check the temperature of our staff each day and of each guest who enters the building. Any guest who has a temperature above 100.4 degree F will be sent home immediately and not allowed to return to the salon until they have no fever and no evidence of COVID-19 symptoms for 14 days. We ask that you do not come to your appointment if you are ill, symptomatic, or test positive for COVID-19 as our staff will follow the same guideline.
Questions - We will ask each guest before entering the salon the following questions:
* Have you recently had a cough?
* Have you had a fever?
* Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
* Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
Mask - All staff and guests will be required to wear a mask before entering the building.
Sanitizer - Each staff and guest must sanitize their hands.
Blow Drying - to limit the spread of COVID-19, extra sanitizing and high demand of guests wanting appointments you may leave with wet hair.
Social Distancing - Maintain social distancing at all times. Spacing between each person is at least 6'.
Side door will remain locked and not be operable to maintain social distancing.
Guest should avoid touching products they don't intend to purchase.
Guests will only be accepted by appointment.
No additional guest should accompany our guest to their appointment.
Waiting Area - All seats have been removed. All magazines and paper products have been removed from the salon.
Coffee Bar is closed.
Restroom in receptionist area is designated for quest use.
